Dense fog in places at first will lift gradually this morning and patchy frost will clear. The day will be generally dry. Rather cloudy and cool in places this morning, but brightening up with some sunny spells developing. Winds light variable or southeasterly and mild this afternoon with highs of 13 to 16 degrees C generally. Cooler on the exposed east and south coasts with temperatures of 11 or 12 C. with possibly some sea mist in places.

Cool and dry tonight, but becoming misty with fog developing towards dawn. Some grass frost also with overnight lows of 1 to 4 degrees C..
