Tonight rain will spread to remaining areas and will become persistent and heavy especially later in the night in the East and southeast with the risk of very heavy and thundery downpours with spot flooding. Mild with lowest temperatures 9 to 13 degrees. Becoming windy along the East coast but winds easing elsewhere.
