The Tánaiste says the strongest possible message of protest will be delivered to the Mauritian Government over the publication of photo’s from the scene of Michaela McAreavey’s murder.

Brendan McMahon will demand a re-examination of the murder case as well as registering protest at the publication of the photographs in a Mauritian newspaper.
Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore also isn’t ruling out sending Gardai to Mauritius to investigate the murder:

/> A 28-year-old Dublin woman has been sentenced to three years in jail for sexually exploiting her four year old daughter by filming her with a mobile phone.

The judge suspeneded all but 16 months of the sentence.
Gardai say she was so drunk she didn’t remember what she had done and visibly gagged when she was shown the footage.
Her daughter is now in care.
