The father of a a special needs child has gone to the High Court to try and stop the HSE from placing his son in foster care next week.

The remains have yet to be identified, but it’s thought they are those of the two crew missing from the ‘Lady Eileen’ since yesterday, when she failed to return to Quilty as planned.
One of the missing men is in his early 60s – the Father of three children, while the second man is in his late twenties and expecting a baby next month.
