The CEO of Tourism Ireland says their new promotional initiative for 2015 will help to attract more overseas tourists to visit Ireland.
The body has launched its €1m advertising drive for next year in the US, UK and Mainland Europe.
New figures show 2014 was a successful year for overseas tourism, with visitors spending more than €3.5bn here.
Niall Gibbons, CEO of Tourism Ireland, says the new campaign is already being rolled out.
2014 was a strong year for overseas tourism in Ireland, with about 7.3 million visitors contributing more than €3.6bn in revenue to the economy.
That is an increase of 8.8% over 2013.
A new TV ad promoting Ireland has been broadcasting for the past week on three major networks: NBC, CBS and ABC.
It is airing in seven cities - New York, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Paul Carty, Irish Tourist Industry Confederation Chairman, spoke to Lunchtime yesterday and said that the four key markets have all shown great growth over the last year, adding that the news for 2015 is very good.
