A female Swiss tourist has been gang-raped in central India, according to local police.

The woman was on a cycling trip with her husband in the Madhya Pradesh state, when seven to eight men attacked the couple last night.

The gang then sexually assaulted the woman and robbed the couple.

The Swiss tourist is the latest victim of sexual violence against women in the South Asian nation.
