Downing Street has said it made a "mistake" after it uploaded a social media post celebrating Northern Ireland using the Irish Tricolour.
The British Prime Minister's Office has since edited the Instagram post to remove all reference to the Irish flag.
The initial post read: "Yesterday we celebrated the culture of Northern Ireland with a reception in Downing Street.
"Businesses from across Northern Ireland arrived to showcase some of the best produce the country has to offer."

Asked about the post today, Rishi Sunak's official spokesperson admitted it was an "unfortunate mistake that was corrected".
Suella Braverman, the former British home secretary, was criticised for being "ignorant" on issues in Ireland before she was sacked.
She described pro-Palestinian protesters in the UK as "hate marchers" and added: "I do not believe that these marches are merely a cry for help for Gaza.
"They are an assertion of primacy by certain groups - particularly Islamists - of the kind we are more used to seeing in Northern Ireland."
10 days ago, I said we had a Home Secretary who didn’t know the difference between Unionists and Nationalists. She wasn’t alone. Number 10 doesn’t know the difference between Ireland and Northern Ireland. (This Insta post has since been edited.) pic.twitter.com/t25KcJ0Sms

One former Conservative cabinet minister said at the time that Ms Braverman's comments were "wholly offensive and ignorant of where people in Northern Ireland stand on the issues of Israel and Gaza".
"It would be good to know what she knows about what Northern Ireland people think about the current Israel-Palestine situation before she casts aspersions," they said.
Northern Ireland has not had a functioning government since February 2022 after the DUP refused to form a power-sharing government in protest over post-Brexit trading arrangements.
In February this year, a new deal was negotiated for Northern Ireland called the Windsor Framework, aimed at addressing the difficulties caused by the controversial Northern Ireland Protocol.
The DUP has claimed that problems remain and the new framework still leaves the region subject to EU rules - something it opposes.
Sinn Féin became the largest political party in Northern Ireland after local council elections back in May.
Northern Ireland First Minister Designate Michelle O'Neill said at the time there was "no reason" why the Stormont Assembly has not formed following elections in 2022 that saw Sinn Féin gain a majority.
Meanwhile a new set of coins, set to enter circulation in the UK from the end of the year, will see a shamrock symbolise Northern Ireland.
