Cool in eastern and southern areas with highest temperatures of about 9 degrees due to moderate easterly breezes, milder elsewhere with temperatures of 11 to 14 degrees.

Cold and dry tonight with clear periods and overnight lows of 0 to 4 degrees.

Mist and fog developing in places also as winds will be very light.
