A Turkish man has been found guilty of murdering two women from Co. Down who were stabbed to death on holiday in Turkey.
Marion Graham from Newry and Cathy Dinsmore from Warrenpoint were killed in Izmir in 2011.
Today a Turkish court found Recep Cetin guilty of both murders but acquitted his father of the crimes.
Cetin was the former boyfriend of Ms. Graham's teenage daughter Shannon. He has been sentenced to life in prison.
During his trial it has emerged that he is 22 and not 17 as he had first claimed, allowing him to be tried as an adult.
He had admitted in court that he did fatally stab the two women in woods overlooking the city of Izmir.
His father Eyup, who denied any involvement, was acquitted of the double murder.
