A man has been arrested in Dublin in connection with suspected mortgage fraud valued at over €4 million.
It comes after the Gardai's Serious Economic Crime Investigation Unit was alerted to over 109 suspect mortgage applications.
Searches were carried out in Rathfarnham and Templeogue, and a large quantity of documents and computers were seized.
