Gardai are investigating two separate allegations of sexual assault after a Jason Derulo concert last night at 'Live at the Marquee' in Cork.

Two women aged 18 and 19 went to a nightclub in the city after the concert. It is believed they met up with a group of people there.

They later contacted gardai to say that they were sexually assaulted in a vehicle by two men.

Gardai say two men in their early 30s and early 40s were arrested at around 4am in the Anglesea Street area for questioning in relation to the alleged incidents.

They have been taken to the Bridewell garda station for questioning in relation to the alleged incidents.

They can be held for up to 24 hours before being released or charged.
