Two people were arrested following the discovery of cannabis worth an estimated €60,000 at a waste ground in Limerick.
Gardaí discovered around three kilos of the drug at the site in Ballinacurra Gardens, Limerick City yesterday afternoon.
Two males - aged 23 years and 17 years - were arrested at the same location and taken to Henry Street Garda Station.
The 17-year-old has since been released without charge, with gardaí saying a file will be prepared for the DPP.
The 23-year-old man has been charged in connection with the discovery, and is expected to appear before a special sitting of Ennis District Court this morning.
