Two people have died after a light aircraft crashed in a field near Henley-on-Thames, police said.
The pilot and the passenger were pronounced dead at the scene in Stonor, South Oxfordshire, Thames Valley Police said.
There were no other injuries or casualties.
Reports of a crash were made around 2.10pm on Saturday.
Police, the fire service and ambulance service attended.
The Air Accidents Investigation Branch said: "The AAIB has sent a team to investigate an accident involving a light aircraft that occurred near Stonor, Oxfordshire."
Stonor is home to Stonor House, a historic building surrounded by large grounds, including a private deer park.
It has been used as a location for a number of films, including the James Bond film The Living Daylights.
