Two Dublin brothers from Clondalkin who were arrested after a dramatic late night chase along the M50 have been charged with ramming another man's car.
The first ramming allegedly happened in the car park of the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel after the victim met them with a view to selling a car.
It is alleged the second ramming happened at Neilstown Road in Clondalkin.
This incident started out at a car park on the Nass Road at around 8:15pm when a man and a woman aged in their 40s driving a silver BMW went to meet another person to try to sell a car.
When they attempted to leave the car park they were blocked by another car and an SUV, which rammed the BMW.
The BMW managed to exit the car park, but it was chased along the M50 and several attempts were made to ram the vehicle.
It was eventually hit on the Neilstown Road where both cars came to a stop.
The man and woman in the BMW fled on foot and contacted gardai. A short time later the two men, aged 30 and 21, were arrested in connection with this incident.
Aaron Dunne of Grangeview Road and Christopher Dunne of Kilcronan Court were remanded in custody and are due in court again next week.
