Two more people are due in court in Dublin this morning charged in connection with a serious New Year’s assault that led to the death of Dale Creighton.
The 20 year old was fatally attacked at a pedestrian bridge at St Dominic's Road in Tallaght in the early hours of the morning on January 1st.
Two men aged 21 and 25 are due before The Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin this morning charged in relation to his death.
Another man who was detained was released without charge last night.
In addition was one further arrest last night in relation to the investigation.
A 20 year old man is currently detained at Tallaght Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.
It brings to nine the total number of arrests made so far.
