Two passengers were hospitalised after a Ryanair flight had to make an emergency landing in Italy.
The Valencia to Milan service was diverted to Genoa after a warning light suggested a possible problem with cabin pressure.
The company says that in line with standard procedures, the Captain deployed the oxygen masks and initiated "a controlled emergency descent to an unpressurised altitude".
The aircraft landed in Genoa just before 10am local time.
Passengers complained of ear pain
The 2 passengers reported ear pain after the aircraft landed and were taken to hospital as a precaution.
The airline says they were released shortly afterwards and the other passengers were bussed on-ward to Milan.
It says engineers inspected the aircraft before returning it to service.
The airline has also apologised to all passengers for any inconvenience caused.
