The Department of Foreign Affairs is providing consular assistance to the family of two Irish men who drowned on a Greek island.
The incident happened on Friday on the popular holiday island of Crete.
It is understood that the two men had lived in north Dublin.

Crete is the largest of the Greek islands, and around two million tourists are estimated to visit every year.
