/> Two men have died overnight in two separate car crashes in counties Kerry and Wicklow.

In Kerry, a 22 year old man was killed when the car he was driving crashed on the  N72, near the village of  Rathmore at around 10.30 last night.

And in Wicklow, a 40 year old man died when the car he was driving collided with a wall at Aughrim at twenty to four this morning.

The roads in both counties are closed this morning, as Gardaí carry out forensic examinations of both scenes and diversions are in place.
