Luas stops at St Stephens Green and Beechwood in Dublin are closed while a deep clean is carried out at both stops.
Passengers are being advised that until further notice trams will not be serving those two stops.
Dublin Fire Brigade says it attended an incident on the Luas this morning, but did not provide further details.

Meanwhile, photos from St Stephen's Green Luas stop this evening showed workers in protective gear cleaning the area.
In an update on the Luas website on Thursday evening, the operator said: "Until further notice, trams will not serve the following stops: St Stephens Green and Beechwood.
"Please accept our apologies for any and all inconvenience caused."
