Two men have been arrested after Gardaí discovered a substantial cannabis grow house in Co Waterford.
It was part of an intelligence-led operation by officers from the Tramore Drugs Unit, assisted by the Armed Support Unit in Waterford.
They executed a search warrant on Thursday ay 6.00pm at an industrial premises in the Waterford Airport Business Park.
During the operation, in excess of 1,000 cannabis plants at various stages of growth were found.
They have an estimated value of €800,000.
Two Vietnamese men, aged 32 and 43 years, were arrested at the scene.
They are being detained at Tramore Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act.
