Two men have appeared in court charged in connection with an armed robbery at a supermarket in Rathfarnham in Dublin. They were arrested following a Garda pursuit on Thursday night.

Jason Douglas of Poddle Close in Crumlin and Michael Coleman with an address at Captain's Road in Crumlin appeared before Judge Anthony Halpin this afternoon. The men were arrested after a Lidl outlet on the Grange Road which is located near Marley Park in Rathfarnham. It was held up on Thursday night.
