Two men have died in a crash involving three motorcycles in County Meath. 

The collision took place at 4.40PM yesterday on the R195 road at Bellaney, between Oldcastle and Castlepollard. 

Two men, both of whom were in their 30s, were pronounced dead at the scene. 

Two other men have been taken to hospital, one with serious injuries and the other non-life threatening injuries. 

Gardaí shut the road for a forensic examination and have asked any witnesses to contact Kells Garda Station. 

They are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who has dash cam footage recorded between 4 and 5PM yesterday on the R195 road at Bellaney, Oldcastle, County Meath.
