The bodies of two men have been recovered from the canal at Grand Parade, Dublin city centre.
Gardaí said emergency services recovered two bodies from the canal near the Charlemont Luas stop shortly after 8am this morning.
The two men, both aged in their 40s, were declared dead at the scene.

Both men are understood to have been staying in tents along the canal and were Irish nationals.
The area is currently closed off for investigation.
The State pathologist and local Coroner have been notified.
Gardaí said the results of the post-mortem and local enquiries will determine their line of enquiry.
