It is understood the pair suffered stab wounds at around 7.30pm after a row broke out in the car park of a hotel near Gormanstown.
The two, believed to be from Brazil and Poland, are said to have non-life threatening injuries.
Gardai were called after one of the men went into the City North Hotel in Gormonstown, and asked for help just before 8pm.
One had knife injuries to his head and shoulder as well as a broken leg, the other had been stabbed in the back.
Both were taken by ambulance to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda, county Louth.
The scene has been preserved for a technical examination and gardai say enquiries are on-going.
