Two gardaí have been hospitalised following a road crash in Sligo this morning.

The collision between two members of the traffic corps on motorcycles and a car happened at around 10am at the junction of Clarion Road and Manorhamilton Road.

The gardaí were taken to Sligo General Hospital. Their condition is not believed to be serious.
