Gardaí have arrested two people following investigations into invoice redirection fraud.
The man aged in his 30s and a woman in her late 20s were arrested on Friday by officers from the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau.
They are due to appear before a special sitting of Clonmel District Court later.
It follows searches that took place in Tipperary and Dublin in February 2018.
This related to a series of invoice redirecting frauds amounting to sums over €750,000, affecting a number of organisations.
The GNECB were assisted by the Cyber Crime Unit and Gardaí from Tipperary and Blanchardstown.
They carried out four searches - three in Tipperary and one in Dublin - and arrested five people.
