Two people have been hospitalised after hoarding on a building in Dublin city centre collapsed this evening.

The incident happened at around 7.30pm in Merchant's Arch, Temple Bar. Emergency services attended the scene.

Two people are being treated for minor injuries in hospital, with Dublin Fire Brigade confirming no person is seriously injured.

AA reports that there are still some traffic delays along the quays in Dublin as a result of the incident.
