A man and woman have pleaded guilty to drugs offences arising from the investigation into the death of the model Katy French almost 5 years ago.
42-year-old Kieron Ducie from Lamberstown Manor, Kilmessan in Co. Meath and 32-year-old Ann Corcoran from Tolka Road, Clonliffe Road in Dublin 3 appeared in Trim Circuit Court today.
They pleaded guilty to a charge that at an unknown location between 6pm on December 1st 2007 and 10am on December 2nd 2007 they procured another man to possess cocaine for the purpose of sale or supply to another.
24-year-old model Katy French died in hospital in Navan in December 2007 days after she collapsed following a house party in Co. Meath.
Sentencing next year
A 3rd person had previosuly appeared in court 2 years ago becoming the first person essentially to be charged in relation with her death.
He was given a 2 and a half year suspended sentence for conspiring to possess cocaine for the purpose of sale or supply to anther on the same dates.
Both the mother and sister of Katy French were in court today for the hearing.
Sentencing in relation to the charges is to be set in early 2013.
