A deputy speaker of Britain's lower house of parliament, arrested on suspicion of rape and sexual assault has been released on police bail.
Nigel Evans, a lawmaker in Prime Minister David Cameron's Conservative Party, was questioned over alleged attacks on two men in their twenties.
The 55-year-old revealed he was gay in 2010, eight years after he was elected, saying he was "tired of living a lie".

Politicians across the House of Commons say they're shocked by the arrest.
