A university in Britain is offering a philosophy course based on the musings of Homer Simpson.
The seminar at the University of Glasgow is aptly called: "D'oh! The Simpsons Introduce Philosophy".
The one-day course will set you back stg£30 (€34.90).
It will examine moments from 'The Simpsons' relating to morality, religion and free will.
The course has been created by John Donaldson, who is a tutor of philosophy at the university.
The university says 'The Simpsons' is "one of the modern world's greatest cultural artefacts", partly because it is so full of philosophy.
"Aristotle, Kant, Marx, Camus, and many other great thinkers’ ideas are represented in what is arguably the purest of philosophical forms: the comic cartoon.
"This day-school will explore some of philosophy’s most inspiring ideas as presented in Matt Groening’s monument to the absurdities of human existence", it adds.

The long-running show was recently renewed for its 27th and 28th seasons - which will take the series to 625 episodes.
