Workers from an Irish-owned company in Hull in the United Kingdom will arrive in Ireland this morning to protest against what they are calling unfair treatment.

Employees of Greencore Cakes and Desserts claim they are being threatened with redundancy if they do not accept changes to their contracts.

The group will deliver a petition to senior management at their offices in Santry and to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
