Self-proclaimed psychic Uri Geller has warned Vladimir Putin that he will use his Mind Power to send his missiles right back to him if Russia tries to nuke Scotland.

Speaking to Stefanie Preissner on Moncrieff this afternoon, the Israeli illusionist said he was concerned that Putin would launch a nuclear attack on Scotland because it houses the UK’s nuclear arsenal.

He had this warning for the Russian President.

“Let’s all understand that Putin and his generals have their finger on a trigger to activate a nuclear bomb,” he said.

“When I read that, most likely, they are first going to send a missile to the shores of Scotland, because there are quite a few naval bases there, I thought I’m going to warn Putin not to do that.

“So, my open letter to him is basically a warning that if he does that, those missiles will turn around and fly back or his whole computer system will melt down and that’s not going to be good thing for Russia.”

He said he is “absolutely” capable of following through on his threat.

“I have been tested by the CIA,” he said. “I’ve been taken to the Laurence Livermore radiation lab – that’s where they build nuclear bombs.

“The American scientists wanted to see whether my mind can trigger a nuclear weapon. I did it quite successfully.

“Then I was taken to the American naval surface weapons centre in Maryland. So, I have been tested constantly by science and basically the conclusion is, you know, this is real.”

He claimed the CIA had certified his paranormal perceptual ability as “convincing an unambiguous manner”.

“Yes, it is hard to believe that this can be done but it certainly can.”

Asked what was stopping him acting against Putin before any assault on the UK he said: “I have no comment about that. You will probably hear something in the next week or two.”

The TV personality then took partial credit for convincing Russian negotiators to sign the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons in 1968.

“I have done these types of things undercover many times,” he said. “I know my power; I know my ability and I believe in myself.
