Workers all over Ireland have been unable to access Microsoft services like Outlook and Teams this morning.
Users worldwide are reporting issues with both services as well as the Microsoft store, Xbox Live and games like Minecraft.
In a post on Twitter, Microsoft 365 said it had identified a potential networking issue and was now determining the ‘next troubleshooting steps”.

The company said a range of its services have been impacted:
- Microsoft Teams
- Exchange Online
- Outlook
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive for Business
- Microsoft Graph
The issue appears to be impacting desktop Outlook and Teams rather than the mobile versions.
Website Downdetector logged a large spike in issues with Microsoft services from shortly after 6:30 am this morning.
