Leo Varadkar says voting YES for marriage equality will not weaken the institution of marriage.

The Health Minister says this has been proven over the years, as legal changed to marriage have been implemented.

In January, Leo Varadkar became the first openly gay cabinet minister when he spoke publicly about his sexuality in a radio interview.

The Fine Gael TD also reminded people of the importance of casting their vote in the Marriage Equality Referendum on the 22nd of May.
