Chris Hadfield captured the imagination of people around the world with his pictures and videos from space. Now he's encouraging everybody to strive to achieve something positive in 2015.
In a video entitled 'An Astronaut's Guide to Optimism', Chris says "there are problems with everything, and nothing is yet perfect. But that shouldn't be cause to bemoan - that should be cause to achieve."
He challenges everybody to pick a resolution and work together to try and change the world for the better.

Some Irish viewers may notice the video was shot in Dublin, at Filmbase in Temple Bar. It was produced by production company Tiny Ark.
