But this Brazilian father found a novel way to get the spoonful of vegetables into his baby daughter's mouth.

At first she refuses to even countenance the idea of sampling the contents of the spoon.

But then he has a brainwave. Picking up a KitKat, he takes out a piece of chocolate and makes sure his daughter's eyes are transfixed by it.

Once the chocolate is winging it's way towards her, she begins opening her mouth but before she realises the full extent of her father's dastardly plan, the spoonful of veg reaches its desired tactic.

A little cruel, but at least she gets some vital vitamins.
