It's a very short video, but it's one full of drama - frustration, anger, confusion - as a pram-wielding woman berates an Apple Store employee. The best part of the video is not necessarily the outburst itself, but the way all the other customers in the background turn their heads to have a look at almost exactly the same time. Nothing like a good shouty outburst to attract people's attention:
