A man wakes up from surgery and has no memory of the woman sitting at his bedside.

A case of temporary amnesia means the man doesn't know the "most beautiful woman he's ever seen" has actually been his wife for a very long time. 

As you'll see, he gets pretty excited when she tells him the news. 

And it's a win-win situation, as his wife finds his compliments a little too much to handle.
