New Yorkers are famous for being anxious, stressed and unfriendly. 

Well, singer and rapper Macklemore attempted to cheer up a bus loaded with them.

Macklemore and his producer Ryan Lewis threw caution to the wind and performed their hit single "Can't Hold Us".

Luckily it paid off. Everyone gets caught up in the music and smiles, clapping and good times ensue.

Even the bus driver joins in clapping and waving his hands to the music....wait...what?

Now this is the way to go to work....
