You can probably remember announcing your exam results to your parents, whether that's for good or bad reasons. Maybe you got a hearty congratulations or a pat on the back. Maybe you got a very stern talking to you'd rather forget. Either way, you probably didn't get a response quite this intense.
One English student used a hidden camera to capture his father's response when he announced that he had, against the odds, passed his maths exam. As 'ariamark' himself explains "[a] year before this video I was at a grade F in maths and in England you need a C (pass) to basically do anything with your life. [I've] never been amazing academically and have struggled through out school, neither me or my dad or my teachers thought I was going to get my C".
Well, he got a C, and his father's response brings new meaning to the word delighted:
