Police were forced to move a broken down car from outside where talks are taking place at the North South Ministerial Council in Armagh.

The Taoiseach and other members of the Cabinet will meet the Northern executive in an attempt to finalise a deal on the budget and welfare reform. They'll also seek to resolve long-standing issues like flags and parades.

However, despite increased security, not everything went according to plan...

Apparently, the car was moved to the side of the road... straight across from the building.
