Toronto's mayor is refusing to resign despite a new video showing him in a drunken rage - threatening to murder someone.

Just last week Rob Ford was forced to admit he'd smoked crack cocaine, after previously denying it.

And now he's had to apologise again after new footage showed him in a furious rant, when he says he was "extremely inebriated" - Canada's CBC has aired the video, and footage of his second apology:
