Delta Airlines currently have 800 Wi-Fi enabled aircraft where passengers can access the new service.

The app, called Fly Delta, is available through the Apple app store and has all the customary features you would expect from an airline including:

  • Finding, comparing and booking flights
  • Rebooking cancelled flights or missed connections
  • View or changing your seat on board the aircraft
  • Checking in and downloading your eBoarding pass to Passbook
  • Pay for checked bags and checking their location
  • Checking flights status and receiving gate change information
  • Saving a photo to remember your parking space at the airport
  • Checking your status on the upgrade or standby list
