Live broadcasts have brought us many unintended gems over the years - from the infamous man who slipped on the ice to the reporter who received a surprise gift from a passing bird. 

Attentive viewers of last night's ITV bulletin might have noticed something unusual in Rita Chatterjee's report from outside St Pancras railway station in London.

In the clip below, a moped slides into shot, flattening a pedestrian.

Thankfully, Chatterjee was able to report that both involved walked away unscathed. 

The pedestrian and motorcyclist who collided during my live broadcast at St Pancras Stn are both fine.
