There have been more violent clashes on the streets of Belfast.

Loyalists have again thrown fireworks and stones at police lines, in protest about a limit that has been placed on the number of days the union flag can be flown from Belfast City Hall.

Detectives are questioning a 38 year old man on suspicion of murder - after shots were fired at officers yesterday afternoon.

Several cars were also set on fire - and the PSNI say one police officer was injured and a number of arrests were made.

13 people appeared at an extraordinary court sitting last night charged with public order offences.

Reporter David Blevins was there.
