Dublin man Freddie Thompson's trial for violent disorder has been delayed for two weeks. The trial had been previously adjourned in June.
Mr. Thompson (33) was sent forward to the Dublin Circuit Criminal Court from the District Court last month on a charge of engaging in violent disorder along with two other men at Morrissey's Pub on Cork Street in January of last year.
The defence counsel said video evidence received in disclosure was not in the correct video format and therefore could not be played.
Judge Mary Ellen Ring granted a request to adjourn for two weeks.
Mr. Thompson will now be back in court on July 29th, when he will indicate how he will plead.
