A couple of years ago Irishman Alan Crowley decided to record a selfie a day in order to create a time lapse video.

However, during filming Alan was ‘glassed’ in an unprovoked attack while socialising in the Dublin pub and the person responsible was given a 30-month custodial sentence.

Rather than stopping his daily project, Alan decided to keep filming so he could show the dramatic healing effects of his plastic surgery post the attack. And the results are quite astounding.

By the end of the video, Alan’s scar has reduced considerably.
