Parkour, the acrobatic running and jumping craze, is physically demanding - requiring participants be in the tip-top condition to pull off the demanding airborne trickery.
But those of us who lead a more sedate life can now take part in the thrilling free-running, provided we have the patience to endure a stop-motion filming process.
Corridor Digital's Niko Pueringer and Sam Gorski have used digital post-production skills to turn lying down into an epic parkour battle.
Who needs backflips, free falls and mid-air heroics, when you can just lie on the floor.
A warning though, stop-motion parkour is not for the faint-hearted; on the pair's Facebook page, Pueringer and Gorski offer an alternative title to the video... How to get sun-burns and grass-burns at the same time.
