Vodafone and Three have signed a deal that will see them share network infrastructure.
A new company has been established to enable the move – and they’ll split the physical infrastructure 50-50.

Both companies will continue to run their own radio equipment and spectrum independently of each other.
Around 80 staff will transfer from Vodafone and Three to the new company which will be based in Dublin, and is expected to be up and running by the autumn.
