Ciara Kelly has demonstrated the best way to use an at-home breathalyser for people who may have been drinking the night before.
It comes as data shows 11% of all fatal car crashes in the early morning are alcohol-related.
Ciara took the breathalyser test live on-air this morning to show how easy and important it is to do.

Pharmacist and Host of the WomderCare Podcast Sheena Mitchell told Newstalk Breakfast only time can improve your blood alcohol level.
"It's really important for people to realise that no matter how much you eat or anything you do you cannot dilute your blood," she said.
"You're alcohol blood level is not going to be changed by lashing into pints of water.
"It will help your stomach feel better and get rid the gasto side effects, but it's not actually going to reduce the amount that you can clear.
"Time is the only healer, basically, for resolving any kind of high alcohol levels."
Ms Mitchell said other factors can affect how people's livers work.
"It takes about an hour to clear a unit of alcohol," she said.
"Your liver is doing 90% of that work - so no matter what you do your liver isn't going to be able to be more efficient.
"It's also worth noting that some people have more efficient liver enzymes than others.
"It can be affected by other medication your taking, liver disease or simply gender or genetics," she added.
The limit for drinking-driving is a blood alcohol level of 0.5g - but for new or professional drivers the limit is 0.2g.
